Beef neck with bone

Beef neck is the neck part of a beef carcass with small layers of fat and tendons. In butcher shops, beef neck is sold already cut into pieces and costs much less than the pulp. The cervical region contains a lot of vitamins: vitamins B, E, H, PP. Useful elements: iodine, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, sulfur, copper and many others. This meat contains a lot of protein; it is often prescribed for anemia and dietary nutrition.
