Duck

Duck is a domestic and wild waterfowl, common in all latitudes of the world. Domestic ducks were obtained as a result of artificial selection of the best specimens of wild mallards, and today three breeds are distinguished among them: meat (Peking and musk), egg (Indian runner) and meat and egg (English Khaki Campbell). Duck meat is included in the diet of athletes, people with increased mental and physical activity. Its use is associated with the growth of muscle mass, improvement of brain activity, strengthening of the walls of blood vessels, improvement of metabolism and myocardial function.
